We are committed to delivering your dog accessories as efficiently as possible. Since all our products are sourced from overseas, please note that delivery times will be longer than usual.

We currently offer shipping within Australia only.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer two shipping options based on the order value:

4. Delivery Timeframes
Australia: Please allow 14-30 business days for delivery from the date of order confirmation, as our stock is imported internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier, location, and customs processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by factors such as weather, customs, or courier delays.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you do not receive tracking details or have any questions, feel free to contact us.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over $250.
7. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to provide accurate delivery estimates, external factors such as weather, customs procedures, and courier delays may impact delivery times. We are not responsible for any delays once the package is with the courier.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not liable for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
