• As most of our products are sourced from overseas, delivery times typically range from 14 to 30 days after the order is placed.

• Design preferences: Returns or exchanges based on personal design preferences are not accepted.

• Multiple sizes for fitting: Please avoid ordering two sizes of the same item to try on, as this makes it challenging for our small business to manage returns. However, if you need assistance with sizing, we are happy to help you find the perfect fit.
